Licensed & Accountable
Regulated, and answerable to a body whose decisions bind us
We hold an Australian Credit Licence and we are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Both matter for the same reason: if we get something wrong, there is somewhere independent to take it.
What that means for you
▶ Why Choose UsWe hold Australian Credit Licence 531718, and we are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, member 81727. A credit licence is only granted after legal and regulatory compliance checks, and it comes with ongoing obligations about how we deal with you. AFCA membership means that if you are ever unhappy with our service and we cannot resolve it with you directly, you can take it to an external body whose decisions are binding on us. Most credit repair operators are not in that position.
We publish our complaints and feedback process, and we take the critical feedback as seriously as the praise.
Since 2005
One of the longest-running credit restoration firms in Australia
Credit reporting law has changed a lot in twenty years — the introduction of repayment history reporting, the Credit Reporting Code and its revisions, hardship reporting. We have worked through all of it.
Why the years matter
Every change in the rules changes what can be disputed and how. Our continual legal reviews keep us across evolving privacy and credit reporting legislation, which is what lets us operate at a level beyond a template letter to a bureau. The grounds we run today are built on that history, and they are reviewed as the law moves.
Proven Track Record
The results behind the name
Since 2005 our work has removed more than $300,000,000 in bad credit and more than 45,000 negative items, adding more than 10,000,000 points to our clients’ credit scores.
Where those removals were won
Not every listing comes off with a letter. When a provider or a bureau will not move, we take the matter further.
Correction requests made directly to credit providers and credit bureausThe Australian Financial Complaints Authority, where most lenders sitThe telecommunications ombudsman and the state energy ombudsmenThe courts, through consent orders, rehearings and set-asides
Before we close a matter we check the result against a fresh copy of your credit file. We do not call it done until the file says it is done.
Figures are lifetime totals since 2005. They are a record of past work, not a prediction. Every case is assessed individually and outcomes vary.
Both Files, Bank-Grade
We look at your file before we quote a fee
Anyone who quotes a full service fee before reading your credit file is guessing with your money. We start with a $39.95 credit file assessment.
What the assessment includes
Your bank-grade Equifax and Experian reports, the versions lenders readA professional audit of both credit files, completed before your callA 25-minute consultation with a specialist with 20 years experienceBoth reports explained and emailed to you, with your options and next steps
If the audit finds no potential disputable items, your $39.95 is refunded. Checking your own file does not affect your credit score.
The Whole File
Every listing type, under one roof
Most people come to us with more than one problem on their file. We work on all of the listings that drag a score down, and we are clear about the ones we do not.
What we work on
Credit defaults, from banks and finance companies to telcos and energyCredit enquiries, including applications you never madeCourt judgements, including the court processes that set them asideRepayment history, corrected month by month where it was reported wrongSerious credit infringements
We do not work on bankruptcies or Part 9 debt agreements, which come from the National Personal Insolvency Index rather than from a credit provider. We are not a lender, a broker or a law firm, and we do not invent disputes for debts that are genuinely yours and correctly listed.
Honest About Outcomes
We tell you when we cannot help
Before we take a matter on, we run a structured investigation and only proceed where it identifies a number of potential issues. Where the grounds are not there, we say so, and you pay no service fee.
How we work
We are not the credit reporting body. The final decision on any listing sits with the credit provider or the bureau, so we never promise a removal in advance. What we do promise is a proper investigation, a clear explanation of what we found, and a straight answer about whether it is worth proceeding.
Our 98.8% customer satisfaction rate comes from paid clients who completed over 4,000 surveys through their credit restoration journey with us, and we hold a 4.9 rating on Google from 402 reviews and a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot from 142 reviews. We would rather you read those than take our word for it.
